The following is a summary of the Withdrawal options:

Please note: All time frames are calculated in Business Days (Monday through Friday), and from the time the ' 24-hour reverse withdrawal ' period has elapsed.

	24 - 72 hours	Funds paid directly into your EcoCard account Once your withdrawal is in your EcoCard Account, you can use it at other merchants, send money to other people or withdraw it from your EcoCard account
	2 working days	No limit to amount that can be paid to your Click2Pay account. Access your funds via a global ATM network.
	Initial withdrawal 5 - 8 working days Subsequent withdrawals 3 - 5 working days	Withdrawal is processed straight back to the bank account you used to make your. eCheck deposit. The money does not go into your eCheck account, but straight into the bank account used to fund eCheck.

How do I check the progress of my cash-in?

When a cash-in is made it remains in a pending cycle, where a player has the option of reversing any amount of the cash, for a period of 24 hours. This process eliminates the need to wait for payment of a cash-out before a player repurchases again. Once the cash-out has passed through the pending cycle it moves automatically forward for processing. Should you wish to track the process of your cash-out, you can click on ‘CashCheck’, which will give you an update on exactly where in the system your cash-out is.
